The range of plastic materials typically in production include commodity grade resins (HIPS, PP & HDPE) to exotic engineered plastics including Xenoy & Ultem family of resins, including new formulations. In addition, we have considerable experience in Insert Molding, Over Molding, single cavity molding, or high cavitation molding. Our Injection Press size range is 100 to 500 Tons. The final selection of plastic materials to use in each particular application is always the customer’s decision, however, HiTech can be very helpful in assisting the material selection and design for manufacturability.

HiTech is capable of taking your product from design conception to being production ready. Our In House Engineering staff utilizes the latest CAD/CAM software to help in the design of the mold and your product. Our engineers have been trained in Scientific Molding by the top Molding experts in the USA.

Secondary capabilities are: assembly included sonic welding, Tampo printing, machining & final packaging. Hitech products are “Made in the USA”, and include green recycled materials when the application allows or the customer specifies.
